Strong Arm is located at Running With Scissors Artists’ Studios, 250 Anderson Street in Portland’s East Bayside Neighborhood. Follow the signs to the “Main Entrance” and ring the doorbell. Street parking is ample early in the day, and if you need to park in the RWS Lot be sure to get a temporary parking pass from yours truly. Let’s keep it legal!
